Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites and whip the first ones with the sugar until a light and frothy mixture is obtained. Add the flour, sifted with baking powder, one tablespoon at a time, continuing to stir in a light movement from the bottom up. Finally add the aroma and the whipped whites.

Step 2

Color a small part of the mixture obtained with the green color and another with the red one and place them inside the pastry bag.

Step 3

Use the peeling spray on the silicone mat, in order to facilitate the release of the dough and thus have a perfect design. Place the selected design under the silicone mat and trace with the piping bag.
Bake 2 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 °; take the rest of the dough out and spread over the design obtained; bake again at a temperature of 170 ° for about 10/12 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and place parchment paper on top of the still hot dough; peel off the silicone mat,
roll up and leave to cool using parchment paper so as not to stick. Once cooled, roll out the dough, fill with the spreadable cream and then place a layer of whipped cream.

Step 5

Roll up the dessert and put it in the fridge for a few hours.
