Step 1

Whip the butter with the sugar with the help of the mixer for about 10 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, the sifted flour and baking powder. Finally add the aromas. The dough obtained can be considered a perfect base to be customized to your taste!

Step 2

Weigh the dough and divide it equally into 4 bowls. Melt the dark chocolate and let it rest for a few minutes so that it is not excessively hot. Place the 4 stainless steel shapes on top of the silicone mat and pour the dough contained in one of the bowls into one of the shapes. Add 20 g, 50 g and 150 g of chocolate respectively to the remaining 3 bowls. Mix and pour the dough into the 3 shapes. Bake at 165 ° C for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Step 3

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Boil 200 ml of cream and pour it into a bowl. Add the white chocolate into small disks and mix with a whisk until all the chocolate has melted. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator. Once cold, whip the cream with the whisk to obtain the right consistency. Boil the remaining cream and pour it into a bowl. Add the dark chocolate, mix well and put in the fridge to cool. Once cool add the spreadable cream. Finally, pour the creams into the piping bag with the help of the special support.

Step 4

Start with assembling the cake. Form the base with the darkest dough and fill it with the cream. Make small "tufts" with the star horn n ° 22 alternating the colors of the creams.

Step 5

Continue with the same technique by overlapping the various mixtures, respecting the color gradation.

Step 6

Heat the tin of Chocolate Icing for Mirror Coating slightly in the microwave or in a water bath, taking care to remove the lid. Pour the icing on the cake by leveling the surface with the spatula.

Step 7

Complete the decoraing with fresh fruit.
