Red Fruit Cake

Step 1

Whip the butter with the sugar and the aroma in order to obtain a soft and frothy mixture. Add the sieved eggs, flour and baking powder; mix well and add the yogurt, milk and finally the fruit. Pour part of the dough into a mold of ø 20 and 10 cm and the rest into one of ø 15 and 10 cm. Bake at 160 ° C for about 80 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
