Step 1

Separate the egg yolks from the whites and whip the first with 50 g of sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained; add the sifted cocoa and flour, the melted butter, the aroma and finally the white of the egg whipped until stiff with the rest of the sugar. Pour the mixture into a mold of Ø 25 and h 7,5 cm and bake at 200 ° for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it rest. For the glaze, melt the chocolate glaze in a double boiler without boiling or in the microwave, on high power, for 30 seconds, making sure to stir continuously, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Pour the mixture directly onto the cake to be frosted. Decorathe with berries. Melt the apricot jelly and cover the fruits to obtain a shiny effect.
