Boil the pumpkin, cut it into cubes and blend it in the mixer; add the eggs, sugar, spices and mix well. Add 250 ml of cream and mix until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained. Coat the mold, previously oiled with the Staccante Spray, with shortcrust pastry. Pour the filling and cook at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes. Let it cool down. Whip the remaining cream and pour it over the cake with a light sprinkling of cinnamon.
