A quick and tasty recipe.

Step 1

Grind almonds, walnuts and pistachios and mix everything with icing sugar, flour and lemon zest. Whip the egg white and gently add the granulated sugar. Add everything to the first mixture and mix gently. Coat the mold from PlumCake with Detaching Spray, pour the mixture and cook for 20/25 minutes at 180 °. Let the cake cool in the mold, take it out of the oven and decora with icing sugar, walnuts, a cinnamon stick and lemon leaves. Use the mold for Mini PlumCake to make small sweets to give away.
