Step 1

Prepare the ganache: boil the fresh cream and pour it into a bowl. Add the dark chocolate and mix with the whisk until all the chocolate has melted and add the aroma. Let it cool down. Whip the preparation for Sponge Cake with water, eggs, aroma and a few drops of coloring gel until a foamy mixture is obtained. Finally, add the Chocolate Powder. Pour the mixture into the 15 × 10 h cm mold, previously oiled with the Spray Release Agent and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Cut and stuff the sponge cake with the ganache. Complete the decoraing with Sugar Eyes and meringues.
