#FrankensteinMummy
For a truly spooky Halloween night

Step 1

Use a polystyrene disk of Ø 25 xh 7,5 and cover it with green sugar paste. Proceed by spreading the black sugar paste, not too thin and with the wheel tool create a zig-zag pattern to make Frankenstein's hair.

Step 2

Model two balls of your desired size with your hands, until you get the shape of two ears. With the help of two toothpicks place the shapes obtained laterally to the green base.

Step 3

Roll out some white, green and black sugar paste and with the help of a smooth round pastry cutter, form circles of various sizes. Brush the white circle with food glue and overlap the smaller green circle; continue by applying the smaller black circle. Form two small balls with the white sugar paste and apply them on the black circle. Shape the green sugar paste with your hands and apply it over the eyes to create eyebrows.

Step 4

Draw the chin and smile using the smile tool. Make a small square with the white sugar paste and apply it to the tip of your mouth. Define the details by making a scar with black sugar paste, for example.

Step 5

Use a Ø 10 xh 7,5 cm polystyrene circle. Roll out the black sugar paste and make a spherical shape that you will apply to the polystyrene shape previously brushed with a little water. Proceed by rolling out some black and white sugar paste. With the smooth round pastry cutter, make two white circles and two smaller black circles. Brush the white circle with some food glue and overlap the smaller black circle. Form two small spheres with the white sugar paste and place them on the black circle to make the eyes.

Step 6

Roll out the white sugar paste with a rolling pin and form strips with the wheel tool. Apply them all over the polystyrene circle unevenly, using water as a glue.

Step 7

Finally, place the Mummy Cake in the center of the Frankestain Cake. Halloween night will be so unique.
