Melt the Chocolate with the microwave butter and set it aside. Whip the eggs with the sugar, add the chopped almonds, the flour and the sifted yeast and add everything to the chocolate and butter mixture. Pour the mixture into the ø 26 h 5 cm mold and cook at 160 ° C for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Boil the fresh cream and pour it into a bowl. Add the chocolate and mix with the whips until all the chocolate melts. Stuff and cover the cake, leveling the external surface. Complete with the ears of biscuits and Sugar Paste and the "mustache" of Chocolate and Glittered Sugar.
