Step 1

Boil the cream and pour it into a bowl; add the White Chocolate and mix with the whisk until it has completely melted. Place the ganache in the fridge and let it rest for 1 night. Whip the preparation for Sponge Cake with water, eggs and Aroma, until obtaining a white and frothy mixture. Pour the mixture into 2 molds of ø 20 × 5 h cm, previously oiled with the Staccante Spray Decora and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Cut and stuff the sponge cakes with the ganache. Heat the jar of the Mirror Glaze in the microwave slightly and pour it onto the cake. Complete the decoraing with the Beads, the Chocolate Lenses and the biscuits decorayou with the Sugar Paste.
