Step 1

Start with making the coffee sponge cake. Whip the eggs with the Sugar, add the Concentrated Pasta, the salt, and finally the sifted flour with the Cream of Tartar and the baking soda. Pour the mixture into the ø 25 × 10 h cm mold and bake at 170 ° C for about 40 minutes. Proceed with the chocolate sponge cake: Whip the butter with the Extra Fine Sugar, until the mixture is soft and fluffy. Add the egg yolks and gradually the chocolate; mix well and add the flour, sifted with the baking powder and the cream of tartar. Whip the whites aside with the sugar and add them gently to the mixture together with the Aroma. Pour the mixture into 2 molds of ø 20 and 15 × 10 h cm, and bake at 160 ° C for about 1 hour. Assemble the cake alternating the color of the dough and fill with whipped cream. Cover the cakes with the sugar paste and make cross cuts with the utility knife. Fill the gaps obtained with Decorpenna and complete the decoration with the Red Dye.
