#Strawberry Mousse Cake
Fresh, creamy and velvety

Step 1

  • Crumble the cookies, add the melted butter and sugar. As a result, it blends well.

Step 2

• Place the 16 cm round shape on a base lined with refrigerated paper or cling film, then line it with the acetate film.

Step 3

  • Distribute the mixture obtained and flatten with a spoon.
  • Place in the refrigerator and let it cool for 15 minutes.

Step 4

  • Meanwhile, wash the strawberries for the mousse, remove the stalk and place them in a blender.
  • Operate it for a few minutes, until they have reached the right consistency.
  • Arrange them in a bowl, combine the lemon juice, sugar and vanilla flavor, mix with a whisk to mix all the ingredients well.
  • Combine the gelatin and liqueur, finally, incorporate well.

Step 5

  • With the semi whisk whip the cream, add gently to the strawberry mixture.

Step 6

  • Pour the mixture into the round shape, level well with the spatula, put in the freezer for a few hours (even overnight) until it has a compact consistency.

Step 7

  • Before serving, remove the template and remove the acetate film and place it on a cake or serving plate.
  • Next, garnish with the sugar beads.

Step 8

  • In conclusion, decora the center with whole strawberries and a few scattered mint leaves.
