Chocolate with Meringues

Step 1

Prepare the meringue by whipping the egg whites at medium speed and as soon as the mixture begins to foam, gradually add the granulated sugar. Gently add the Extra Fine Sugar and the Aroma, mixing with the spatula. Line the baking paper pan, pour the mixture into the Sac à Poche and make the meringue bones. Cook slowly in a hot oven at 80 ° C for about 3 - 4 hours.

Decora biscuits using the Royal Icing to obtain the Skeleton effect.
