Step 1

Peel the peaches, remove the core and cut them into cubes of about 5-10 mm. Dab with absorbent paper (this will prevent the pieces of fruit from settling on the bottom of the mold during cooking). Pour the peach cubes into a bowl, add the cinnamon and ground ginger. Separately, mix the sifted dry ingredients; add liquid ones and mix quickly. Add half of the diced peaches. Grease the mold with the Spray Release Agent and pour half of the mixture into it. Place the remaining peaches and cover everything with the rest of the dough. Bake at 170 ° C for 45-60 minutes in a static oven. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Cover the cake and make the decorations with Sugar Paste. Decora with the "Stones" of Apricot and Marzipan.
