with Pistachio grain

Step 1

Put the yeast, the warm milk, the salt, the sugar, the eggs, the flour in the Planetary bowl and knead using the hook for about 10 minutes. Add the soft butter into chunks and continue to knead until everything is well blended.

Step 2

Leave the dough to rise until the volume has doubled. Take 600 g and mix again for a few minutes, after which leave it to rise again for about 30 minutes.

Step 3

Divide the 600g loaf into 3 200g and roll them out to make 3 rectangles of dough. Using a Sàc a Poche squeeze a strip of Pistachio Cream Spread in the center of the rectangles and cover with crumbled pistachio.

Step 4

Close the pasta by rolling it around the Spreadable Cream and brush the strings obtained with beaten egg.

Step 5

Twist the 3 cords, brush everything with the beaten egg and cover with crumbled pistachio and sugar.

Step 6

Place your braid on a non-stick surface (e.g. a silicone mat) and put in the oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
