- Lascia raffreddare i muffin e nel frattempo preparate il frosting. In una ciotola monta la panna fresca con le fruste elettriche. In una seconda ciotola lavora con un cucchiaio il formaggio spalmabile con lo zucchero a velo fino ad ottenere una crema morbida.
- Unisci la panna alla crema al formaggio mescolando delicatamente con una spatola. Aggiungi qualche goccia di colorante in gel rosa e mescola per uniformare il colore. Decora i muffin con il frosting al formaggio utilizzando una sac à poche con il cornetto a stella francese ed infine aggiungi le decorazioni in zucchero a forma di uova.
