The mirror cover is perfect for garnishing all types of sweets. Ideal for icing cream puffs, biscuits, semifreddo and sweets. The 250 g pack is suitable for covering a cake of ø 30 x 5 h cm. Ready to use, to be poured directly on the product to be glazed. It is sufficient to heat the jar without the cap in the microwave at high power for 30 seconds, or in a water bath, without boiling. Quickly mix the glaze to obtain a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
