Delicious sweets on a stick

Step 1

  • Crumble 400 g of chocolate sponge cake and add 3 tablespoons of Gianduia Concentrated Pasta. Mix well and shape into balls.

Step 2

  • With paper straws, make a small hole in each ball. Leave to set in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Melt the White Chocolate, dip the tip of the straw into the melted chocolate then insert into the balls that you have removed from the freezer.

Step 3

  • Dip the balls of sponge cake in melted chocolate, pour the excess and wait about 15 minutes for it to solidify.

Step 4

  • Line the cake pops with the sugar paste. Create the rabbit eyes with two black sugar beads, the nose with a heart-shaped bead and insert the sugar paste ears.
