Step 1

Mix the butter, sugar and egg in the mixer and add the flour along with a few drops of aroma. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least an hour. Remove the pasta from the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before use. Roll out the pastry with the rolling pin and cut out the shapes with the rectangular cutter. Bake in a static oven at 170 ° for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Step 2

Roll out the black sugar paste and cut out the rectangular shape with the cookie cutter. Heat the gianduia-flavored cream in a bain-marie and brush the perimeter of the biscuits. In this way the sugar paste will adhere perfectly to the biscuit.

Step 3

Dilute the white powdered dye in a little water and write your message with the brush. You will thus obtain a plaster effect. Finally apply the decorations of sugar using real icing as a glue.
