for a truly unique Easter

Step 1

Colored eggs for your children during the Easter holidays?

Follow our advice!

Temper the chocolate by following these few simple steps:

STEP 1: Pour the chocolate discs into a polycarbonate bowl.
STEP 2: Place the bowl in the microwave and melt it on medium power.
STEP 3: Take the chocolate discs out of the microwave every 15-20 seconds and mix well to ensure that the heat is distributed evenly and avoids burning.
STEP 4: Repeat this process until the chocolate has melted almost completely. Some discs should still be visible in the bowl.
STEP 5: Remove the bowl from the microwave and mix well until all the pieces are gone. With the thermometer check the temperature following the scale indicated below with the indications for the different chocolates:

  • White Chocolate 28/29 ° C
  • Milk Chocolate 29/30 ° C
  • Dark Chocolate 31/32 ° C

Step 2

  • At this point, it will be soft and slightly denser, which means that it has been properly tempered and is ready to use.
  • Then, color the tempered chocolate with a few drops of Fat-soluble Dye and mix well. Use the polycarbonate mold to make and give as a gift
    colorful chocolate eggs.
  • To make the egg base, spatula the tempered chocolate on a Acetate sheet using the Angular spatula. Wait a few minutes until the chocolate has solidified slightly.
  • Use the round pastry cutter to carve the chocolate and let it harden completely.
  • Then, sprinkle with Pump Spray for a sparkling effect.

Step 3

  • Pour some liquid chocolate over the base to fix it to the egg and use the Cooling Spray to make it adhere immediately.

Enjoy it with your children colored eggs.
