Step 1

  • In a bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder. Add the sugar. In another bowl, combine the eggs with the oil, yogurt, honey and natural vanilla extract.
  • Gradually pour the flour mixture into the bowl with the liquid ingredients, mixing by hand with a whisk. Add a pinch of salt. Pour the dough into the baking cups with the help of the sac à poche. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add to the top on the muffins. Bake in a static oven for about 25 minutes at 180 °.

  • Let the muffins cool and in the meantime prepare the frosting. In a bowl, whip the fresh cream with an electric mixer. In a second bowl, mix the spreadable cheese with the icing sugar with a spoon until you get a soft cream.
  • Combine the cream with the cream cheese, stirring gently with a spatula. Add a few drops of pink gel dye and mix to even out the color. Decora the muffins with the cheese frosting using a pastry bag with the French star croissant and finally add the decorasugar in the form of eggs.
