Step 1
- Work the soft butter at room temperature and the sugar with an electric mixer until you get a smooth cream. Add the eggs and keep working. Combine the sifted flour with the baking powder, cocoa and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually pour the milk slowly and mixing it into the mixture. Add the chocolate chips and mix.

- Pour the dough into the baking cups with the help of the sac à poche. Bake in a static oven for 25 - 30 minutes at 180 °.
- Let the cupcakes cool.
Step 3
- Meanwhile, roll out the green sugar paste with a rolling pin. With the curly round pastry cutter, cut out the base. With the white sugar paste it forms a ball just smaller than a walnut, it will be the body of the bunny.
- Flatten the base of the ball then place it in the center of the cupcake. Attach the feet and the sugar tail to the bunny. Add a small carrot made of sugar paste.
