Step 1
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the cold butter cut into small pieces. Combine the icing sugar and egg.
- Add a pinch of salt and work the dough quickly with your hands until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Afterwards, let it rest in the fridge for an hour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface.
- The biscuits should be about 5 mm thick. Finally, with the pastry plate cut out the shapes and cook them in a static oven at 180 ° C for about 12 minutes.

- Let it cool and in the meantime prepare the chocolate bars: then melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, mixing thoroughly.
- Using the digital thermometer, make sure the temperature reaches about 29 ° -30 ° C. Fill the cavities of the mold with the melted chocolate and let it cool. Finally, when it has solidified, take the tablets out of the mold.
Step 3
Place the chocolate bars on the cookies using melted chocolate.
